Deposit

It is essential to have written confirmation to complete a booking, via e-mail, post or fax and the payment of a € 60,00 per person deposit via:

- through the link by safely typing your credit card information >>>

- through a postal order or non-negotiable cheque by mail addressed to the Hotel: V.le Stazione 12/a 35036 Montegrotto Terme (Pd).

- through a money transfer to Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo

We ask that you specify, in the bank transfer or postal order, your name and period of stay in the Hotel

* CANCELLATIONS
as described in art. 1385 of the Cival code and a European directive, in case of cancellation or failiure to arrive the following penalties will apply:
- up to 8 days before arrival no penalty (the deposit can be deducted from a possible stay in the following months but within the year, however the deposit cannot be reimbursed)
- 7 days before arrival means losing your deposit (14 days before the mid-August holiday, New year, festivals and public holidays)
- in case of an early departure or late arrival the whole amount booked in writing will still be charged.

* MEALS
Lunch is included on the day of arrival but not on departure. No reductions are given for uneaten meals. Any extra meals will be calculated separately at a cost of € 20,00 euro each.

* TREATMENTS
- to guarantee the availability of staff, any packages or treatments must be booked in writing via e-mail, post or fax at least 48 hours before your arrival
- treatments booked by the Spa and Beauty & Wellness centre can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the appointment, any later and the full price will be charged
- late arrival to an appointment means a reduced treatment time
- a variation to treatments in packages means recalculating the price of the package and losing any discount linked to it

* MINIMUM STAY
- the rates during the periods “Long weekends and Holidays” remain unvaried even for stays of 3 nights or longer and are valid for all the dates in each period;
- on certain dates we require a minimum stay: Easter (4 nights), April 25th - May 1st (2 nights), June 2nd (3 nights), Mid-August hol (7 nights), all Saints’ Day (2 nights), Immacolata - S. Ambrose (4 nights), New Year (7 nights);
- taxi and Transfer costs can vary and are out of our control.
