Reservations
• In order to finalize reservations we require written confirmation by e-mail, post or fax. Credit card details are sufficient to secure a reservation.
• We set up a secure, SSL-certified 128-bit link for safe transmission of your credit card information: form to insert credit card info >>>
• For those without a credit card, a deposit can be sent by bank transfer or money order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Our guests who secure reservations by credit card can freely cancel or change them without any debit within 3 days of arrival.
• If a cancellation is made 2 days before arrival we will debit the first night and any services booked which were not included in the agreement as a “late cancellation”.
• On August the 15th, at New Year’s and during any holiday or long holiday weekend, instead of 3-days’ notice, reservations can be cancelled without any charge until 2 weeks before arrival. On the 14th day before arrival we will charge 30% of the reservation total to your credit card.
• In the case of a pre-paid rate, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged at the moment of booking.
• In the case of a “no show", early departure or late arrival the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.

DEPOSIT
For those without a credit card, a deposit can be sent to confirm the reservation by:
• money order or crossed check by post to the Hotel address: V.le Stazione 12/a 35036 Montegrotto Terme (Pd)
• bank transfer to Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo, Montegrotto Terme branch
We kindly ask you to specify your name and period of stay at the Hotel in the bank transfer or money order description.
In both cases of cancellation the deposit will be lost.

* MEALS
Any extra meals will be calculated separately at a cost of € 20,00 euro each.
• If you book a full-board reservation, be advised that your lunch is included on the date of arrival and not on the date of departure. Half-board includes only breakfast and dinner. You will be charged separately for any additional meals, if they are not included in your room rate.

* TREATMENTS
• to guarantee the availability of staff, any packages or treatments must be booked in writing via e-mail, post or fax at least 48 hours before your arrival
•treatments booked by the Spa and Beauty & Wellness centre can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the appointment, any later and the full price will be charged
• late arrival to an appointment means a reduced treatment time
• a variation to treatments in packages means recalculating the price of the package and losing any discount linked to it
