We have given careful thought to a breakfast that is both a sweet awakening and a meal that will give you the right amount of energy for your day at the Thermal baths.
Naturally, it starts with coffee: for your special ritual we have chosen Caffè Vescovi, the oldest coffee roasting company in Padua where, with unchanging passion over the centuries, coffee experts have been preparing blends that fully release the aromatic richness of the beans.
Next there are cakes and pastries: from croissants and freshly baked tarts from our kitchen to honey that you can savour directly from the honeycomb and delicious pancakes to fill with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
And then there is the savoury buffet, allowing you to discover the typical flavours of the territory: you can fill your sandwich with fresh soppressa (a type of pork sausage) and a slice of Asiago cheese, accompanied with a glass of good Prosecco. Our eggs come from free-range hens, the extra virgin olive oil we use to season them is milled in our Hills, and the mineral water comes directly from the Venetian springs.
